The Love You’re Longing For Is Within

Dear Friend,

I’ve been longing my whole life for love. To find the kind of love that will hold me no matter what I do, no matter what I say, no matter who I become. The thing is, when we want love like that we have to be open to the truth it carries. We have to be open to the lessons our hearts teach us over and over again. I have a feeling that this lesson is universal for a lot of people. The lesson is that love you’re longing for actually just comes from within. It comes from radical acceptance of who you are right now and knowing innately that you’re trying your best with the cards you were given.
